Beef Slaughtering

Animals are slaughtered strictly according to the islamic laws and principles. Post mortem , Examining an animal after slaying , is an essential phase of slaughtering to ensure the quality of meat.

Mutton Slaughtering

The plant ensure the highest hygienic standards of excellence in health being followed globally . It has the capacity to slaughter 450 large animals (Cattle and Buffalo) and 3000 small animals (Sheep and Goat) a per shift . Its most modern Chillers , Blast Rooms and Cold Stores have a huge capacity of storage to maintain the quality of meat Zenith has a huge fleet of cold storage for boneless frozen meat.

Chicken Slaughtering

We present a wide range of options to meet all menu requirements. Zenith chicken is fed the highest quality feed to make its meat supremely tasty. Buy the whole bird or have it portioned, on or off the bone. Fillets can be used in any dish and cook much quicker than a whole chicken. Thigh and Drumsticks are great party food or as starters.
